We realise that many of our customers still want to speak with a member of our team face-to-face, so we’ve made significant some changes at our dealerships.

Our team is operating on an appointment-only basis, so that we’re able to ensure social distancing can be properly observed at all times.

There’s new signage at the sales, service and valeting centre showing you where to walk, as well as helping you to stick to social distancing. Desk screens and hand sanitiser stations, too, will help us keep both colleagues and customers safe.

Unfortunately, we’ve had to close our refreshment centres and customer lounges for the time being, and customers will no longer be able to wait on our premises. Of course, we hope to be able to re-open these services eventually but we trust you understand that this is purely with everybody’s safety in mind.

Buying a car starts with looking for a car, and we know that may be easier said than done at the moment. At Polesworth Garage you can still browse every vehicle in stock on our website, and every vehicle listed has detailed images and specifications.

If you’d like to see more of a particular vehicle, you can request a video, and you can even say what you’d like to see specifically. Wondering how big the boot is? Need a closer look at the infotainment system? Are those alloy wheels 9-spoke or 11-spoke?

Test-drive a used car safely

So what happens when you’ve seen a car online- you’ll be able make an appointment with a member of the team, and they’ll be more than happy to arrange a private viewing of that particular vehicle. You can also enjoy a test drive too (on your own!), if you’d like to take the vehicle out on the road.

Naturally, every member of our dealership teams will be adhering strictly to social distancing guidelines, so there’ll be no more handshakes when you arrive!

What you can expect, however, is the usual, warm Polesworth Garage welcome.
