Hi Martin,

I would just like to thank you and your team for such outstanding service from picking up my new Pathfinder.

I dealt with a gentleman yesterday called Adrian at your Amington branch who went above and beyond to ensure I had first class customer service.

On arrival at your branch I was invited into the lounge were he provided me with a hot drink and Wi-Fi if I wished to carry on with work so I was not disrupted from my business day.

Adrian arranged for my spare wheel to be fitted knowing there was a time issue with my family and myself going away on Monday for a few days with the vehicle and answered any questions in general I had about the new vehicle.

I have no doubt that it is members of staff like Adrian who have helped you achieve 45 years in successful business and will help achieve many more years of success.
